 I don’t think perimenopause is talked about enough, and it almost seems like it's a taboo topic.  In this episode, I share perimenopause symptoms and holistic ways and herbs that may help them. I share what is helping with my perimenopause, and to be honest, it shocked me at first…until I did a ton of research on why it's working for me. 

I can’t believe that I didn’t mention Raspberry Leaf in this episode, but Raspberry Leaf is also really beneficial.  It helps to nourish, strengthen, and support the reproductive system.
