Latin Name: Matricaria chamomilla or Matricaria recutita

Special note: There are several species of chamomile. The most common chamomile is German Chamomile, which has the Latin name of Matricaria chamomilla or Matricaria recutita. This is my favorite chamomile to use.
Main uses: Calming to the nerves, mile sedative, helps with anxiety, and depression. Help with anxiety during menopause. Also great for anxious and teething children/babies. Great for the digestive system, settles the stomach, and helps with gas and bloating. Help children. with colic. Great for headaches, and muscle aches,
Cautions and Considerations: It’s rare, however, some people are allergic to chamomile.
