Anxious Kit
This kit is very near and dear to my heart. Almost a decade ago, I suffered from severe anxiety. Herbs are one of the things I do today that help me manage my anxiety. None of the herbs in here are going to cure your anxiety, but I hope at least a couple will give you some relief.
From healing my own severe anxiety and a lot of research, I strongly believe that anxiety isn’t caused by one thing, so this means that there are going to be more than one thing that heals anxiety. When it comes to mental health, nutrition, mindset, and movement are also very important.
I also want to mention that the purpose of this kit isn’t to take all these herbs all the time. The purpose of this kit is to really get to know these herbs. What they look like, what they taste like, and most importantly how they make you feel. Then I hope you can narrow down a few that will help you along with your healing journey. Or maybe you will find that certain herbs will help you at certain times. Once you really get to know the herbs, and how they make you feel, then you can start blending them together.
What is included (All herbs are from organic or wildcrafted sustainable sources):
Ashwagandha 2.5 oz. - Supports the nervous system and adrenal glands.
Chamomile 1.5 oz - Supports the nervous and digestive systems. I recommend this to people who get anxious tummies.
Holy Basil (aka Tulsi) 1 oz. - Supports the nervous system and adrenal glands.
Lavender - 1.5 oz. - Calms nerves.
Lemon Balm 1 oz. - Supports the nervous and digestive systems. I recommend this to people who get anxious tummies.
Linden 1.5 oz - Supports the nervous and cardiovascular systems. Supports the heart during stress and decreases heart palpitations.
Motherwort 1 oz - Supports the nervous and cardiovascular systems. Helps to decrease heart palpitations, lower blood pressure, and support women’s hormones.
Oatstraw 1 oz - Nourishes the nervous system and is packed with nutrients.
Passionflower 1.5 oz - Very nourishing for the nervous system.
Skullcap 1.5 oz - Nourishing for the nervous system and helps people with overactive minds.
Wood Betony 1.5 oz - Nourishing for the nervous system and helps people with overactive minds.
A small packet that briefly includes info on the herbs, and how to make a simple herbal tea and decoction.
