Materia Medica

I know like a lot of people, I probably would have gotten into herbalism a lot sooner, however, the thought was so overwhelming. Where do I even begin? There is so much when it comes to herbalism!

One of the most helpful ways to start learning is to start a Materia Medica. Sure you could purchase one, but in my opinion, you wouldn’t learn as much, unless you make one yourself. Creating a Materia Medica helps you to learn and really get to know the plant.
